(주)우주플레이(이하 "회사")는 DreamCat 서비스(이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를
중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등
관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다. 본 개인정보처리방침을 통해 이용자가 제공하는 개인정보가
어떤 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있으며, 개인정보 보호를 위해 어떤 조치를 취하고 있는지
알려드립니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법
회사는 다음과 같은 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.
가. 회원가입 시 수집 항목
필수 항목: Apple ID 또는 Google 계정 이메일 주소, 고유 사용자 식별자
선택 항목: 닉네임, 생일, 성별
나. 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동으로 수집되는 항목
기기 정보: 기기 모델명, OS 버전, 앱 버전
이용 기록: 서비스 이용 일시, 페이지 방문 기록, 기능 사용 패턴
오류 정보: 크래시 리포트 (Sentry를 통해 수집)
위치 정보: 일기에 날씨 자동 기록 시에만 (사용자 동의 필요)
다. 사용자가 입력·생성한 콘텐츠
꿈/목표, 마일스톤, 퀘스트 정보
일기 본문, 사진, 기분, 날씨 (사용자가 입력하는 경우)
알람, 캘린더 일정, 기념일

라. 결제 정보
회사는 결제 정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
결제는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되며, 회사는 영수증 검증 정보(트랜잭션 ID, 상품 ID, 결제 시각)만 RevenueCat을 통해 전달받아 구독 상태 관리에 사용합니다.
2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적
회사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음 목적으로 이용합니다.
서비스 제공: 회원 식별, 사용자별 맞춤 데이터 제공, 꿈/퀘스트 관리, 알림 발송
AI 코칭: 사용자가 입력한 목표·수준·장애물 정보를 AI 모델(Anthropic Claude)에 전송하여 맞춤 플랜 생성
결제 관리: 구독 상태 동기화, 환불 처리 지원
고객 지원: 문의 응대, 분쟁 해결
서비스 개선: 익명화된 이용 통계 분석 (Amplitude), 오류 추적 (Sentry)
법적 의무 이행: 관련 법령에 따른 보존 의무 이행
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
회사는 회원의 개인정보를 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관하며, 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기합니다.
다만, 다음 정보는 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관됩니다.
결제 관련 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
로그인 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)
소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
장기 미사용 계정(1년 이상): 분리 보관 후 6개월 추가 미사용 시 자동 삭제
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우는
예외로 합니다.
이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

있으며, 회사는 각 수탁자의 개인정보 처리 활동을 정기적으로 점검합니다.
본 개인정보처리방침은 법령·정책 또는 보안기술의 변경에 따라 내용의 추가·삭제 및 수정이
있을 시에는 시행 7일 전부터 dreamcat.app 사이트 및 앱 내 공지사항을 통해 고지합니다.
다만, 이용자의 권리에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경의 경우 최소 30일 전에 고지합니다.
UZUPLAY Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") values the privacy of users of the
DreamCat service (hereinafter "the Service") and complies with applicable laws including
the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and the Act on Promotion
of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. This
Privacy Policy explains how personal information you provide is used and how we protect it.
1. Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect the following categories of personal information.
a. Information collected at sign-up
Required: Apple ID or Google account email address, unique user identifier
Location: only when you opt in to auto-weather logging in diary
c. Content you create
Dreams/goals, milestones, quest information
Diary text, photos, mood, weather (as entered by you)
Alarms, calendar events, anniversaries
Friend code and friendship relations (optional)
d. Payment information
We do not collect payment information directly.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. We only receive receipt validation data (transaction ID, product ID, transaction time) via RevenueCat to manage subscription status.
2. Purposes of Collection and Use
We use collected information for the following purposes.
Service delivery: member identification, personalized data, dream/quest management, sending notifications
AI coaching: transmitting your goals, level, and obstacles to an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to generate personalized plans
Payment management: subscription status sync, refund support
Customer support: responding to inquiries, dispute resolution
Service improvement: anonymized usage analytics (Amplitude), error tracking (Sentry)
Legal compliance: meeting retention obligations under applicable laws
3. Retention Period
We retain member personal information until account deletion, at which point it is destroyed immediately.
However, the following information is retained for the periods required by law:
Payment-related records: 5 years (Korean E-Commerce Act)
Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years (Korean E-Commerce Act)
Long-dormant accounts (over 1 year): separated for storage, auto-deleted after an additional 6 months of inactivity
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share user personal information externally as a rule. Exceptions are limited to
the following:
When you have provided prior consent
When required by law, or when properly requested by investigative authorities pursuant to legal procedures

secure processing of personal information, and we periodically review their privacy
practices.
6. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
Access and rectification of your personal information
Deletion (account closure)
Restriction of processing
Withdrawal of consent to collection and use
You may exercise these rights directly through Settings → Account in the app
or by contacting hello@dreamcat.app.
7. Destruction Procedure and Method
Procedure: Upon account deletion request, data is immediately removed from the database (Supabase) and all backup stores. Information subject to legal retention obligations is stored separately and destroyed at the end of the retention period.
Method: Electronic files are permanently deleted in a non-recoverable manner; physical records are shredded or incinerated.
8. Security Safeguards
We take the following measures to protect your personal information:
Encryption: All transit traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes (Supabase Auth bcrypt).
Access control: Row Level Security (RLS) ensures users can only access their own data.
Least-privilege principle: Employee data access is limited to what is operationally necessary.
Log monitoring: Suspicious access attempts are detected and blocked in real time.
Periodic review: Security vulnerability reviews are conducted quarterly.
9. Children Under 14
We do not collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If a child under
14 attempts to register, registration is blocked. If we discover that a child under 14 has
inadvertently registered, the account and related data are deleted without delay.
10. Privacy Officer
We have designated a Privacy Officer to handle privacy-related inquiries.
If you need assistance regarding privacy infringement or related counsel, you may contact
the following Korean authorities (the Company is established in the Republic of Korea):

Users outside Korea may also contact their local data protection authority. The Company
will cooperate in good faith with such inquiries.
12. Changes to This Policy
If changes are made due to legal, policy, or security updates, we will announce them
through dreamcat.app and the in-app notice section at least 7 days before they take
effect. For changes that materially affect user rights, we will provide at least 30 days'
notice.
